At Deadeye Crew, each piece is crafted to order—produced specifically for you once your order is placed. This allows us to maintain quality and reduce waste, but it also means our returns policy is a little different from traditional retail.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a fault or does not match what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Sizing & Change of Mind

As all items are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference-based decisions (style, color, fit)

We recommend reviewing the size guide provided on each product page before purchasing to ensure the right fit.

Shipping & Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can arrange reshipment once the correct details are confirmed. Reshipping costs will apply.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier and keep you informed every step of the way.
